Call for Contributions and Partners Now Open
Jun 02, 2026 — The European Robotics Forum (ERF) is Europe’s leading gathering for the robotics and AI community, bringing together over 1,500 participants from industry, academia and the public sector to explore emerging technologies, applications and policy challenges shaping the field.
Preparations for the 2027 edition, to be held in Birmingham, are now well underway, and the first call for contributions is open. The Programme Committee invites expressions of interest for workshop topics across a broad spectrum, spanning not only core technologies but also applications, investment, policy, skills and societal impact.
In parallel, sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are now available, offering organisations a high profile platform to engage with Europe’s robotics ecosystem, showcase capabilities, and build strategic partnerships.
Early engagement has been strong, with significant interest already emerging from across the UK and European robotics community, underlining the momentum behind ERF2027 as a focal point for collaboration and innovation.
