IERA Award 2018 - apply now

Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Robotics and Automation Award

Feb 08, 2018 Frankfurt IFR and IEEE are requesting applications for the IERA Award 2018 presentation which will be part of the International Symposium on Robotics ISR in June in Munich.

The IERA award is jointly sponsored and organized by IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (IEEE/RAS) and the International Federation of Robotics (IFR). It highlights and honors the achievements of inventors with value creating ideas and entrepreneurs who propel those ideas into world-class products. Please download the below call for criteria and details. Applications must be sent by 15 March 2018.

The entries will be evaluated based on criteria that give equal consideration to both innovation and entrepreneurship. The winner will be awarded with a plaque and a $2000 cash prize. For additional details on the award and a list of the winners from the previous years, please see IEEE webpage.

This year IFR will host the IERA Award presentation. The finalists will present their innovation at a session which will be part of the International Symposium on Robotics. The ISR takes part from 20 to 21 June 2018 at the robotics and automation fair automatica in Munich.
